Staff Development

Sustained staff development/professional growth that stimulates continuous student growth.

I led teacher in-services during our three-day orientation and assisted throughout the year in the coordination of additional professional development in-services. The teacher in-services I led included True Color Personality Testing (narrative, worksheet), student learning modalities and brain concepts (handout) and the school dress code and discipline polices (power point).

I proposed a partnership with Concordia University for the continued professional development of our teachers. We had a site visit at their location and they also visited ours. We currently will offer an incremented master's program to our staff via their university.
