 For my job shadowing
experience I followed three different licensed professionals in three
unique educational situations. The first was Mr. Jim Novak,
a veteran principal, past president to the Wisconsin Education
Association Student Services Program and currently a principal coach
for the superintendent of the Milwaukee Public Schools. The second
was Ms. Donna Krause, the ESL Coordinator for Wadewitz Elementary school
in the Racine Unified School District,
a trained PI-34 mentor, and the co-author of the district’s
summer ESL
curriculum. My last job shadow was with Mr. James
Clary and Mr. Ramon Torres, experienced
administrators at Horizon Science Academy
in Cleveland, Ohio
-- ranked as one of the best charter schools in the Cleveland Public
School System.
